★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service indigne d'une marque premium, mauvais suivi du sav, l'entièreté de l'intervention n'a pas été réalisée, impossibilité de contacter le responsable du garage, bref, véritable calvaire!
Le véhicule est sur le nom de Mme Chapelle Geraldine, salutations.
Service unworthy of a premium brand, poor after-sales follow-up, the entire intervention was not carried out, impossibility of contacting the garage manager, in short, a real ordeal!

Tout simplement parfait!
Équipe sympathique, vraiment à l’écoute, et réactif.
Petit couac administratif pour la livraison de ma voiture, mais un coup de téléphone et problème réglé dans la minute.
Concernant l’atelier aucune info a donné car 1er véhicule acheté dans cette concession.
Plus particulièrement un grand merci à Mr Joniaux, a Mme Gatot, et Mr Romedenne.
Moi je met un 6/5

Just perfect!
Friendly team, really attentive, and responsive.
Small administrative hiccup for the delivery of my car, but a phone call and problem solved within a minute.
Regarding the workshop no information was given because 1st vehicle purchased in this dealership.
More particularly a big thank you to Mr Joniaux, Mrs Gatot, and Mr Romedenne.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai demandé a parler au chef d'atelier mais celui ci et n'a pas daigné me voir prétextant qu'il n'a pas le temps.
Je me suis donc rendu dans l'atelier pour signaler le pb avec mon véhicule et il est arrivé vers moi furieux et d' un ton menaçant m'a dit ; Vous n'avez rien a faire ici , vous sortez immédiatement.
Accueil client super ! Par ailleurs j'ai constaté plusieurs fois quelques petits manquements tel que : manque une vis a la protection contre la rouille prévu par un rappel BMW, un capuchon manquant sur la valve d'un pneu et des salissures sur mon siège conducteur.
Aussi j'ai suivi le conseil du chef d'atelier et je suis sorti définitivement.
J'envisage de faire remonter cette affaire chez BMW Belux..
I asked to speak to the foreman but this one did not deign to see me claiming that he did not have time.
So I went to the workshop to report the pb with my vehicle and he came towards me furious and in a threatening tone told me; You have nothing to do here, you leave immediately.
Great customer service! In addition, I have noticed several small deficiencies such as: missing a rust protection screw provided by a BMW recall, a missing cap on the valve of a tire and dirt on my driver's seat.
So I followed the advice of the foreman and left for good.
I plan to bring this matter up to BMW Belux..

1. replacing a key battery: OK
2. changing winter/summer tyres: OK
3, 4 & 5. changing winter/summer tyres. I had to return to the garage twice (4 & 5) for the flat of the same tyre. I had to call a car service to replace the valve of the tyre.
6. changing winter/summer tyres. I took an appointment, but when I arrived the appointment could not be found in the system.
I added my last bad experience with BWM Quoilin Namur. Today early morning, I arrived at reception and a guy insured me that he would personally take care of my case and he would call me today. I waited and he did not call me. (I had surely not come when I did not have an appointment)
I let you evaluate the reliability of this BMW site. I am very unhappy. I lost my time.
