Ensuite, quelques jours plus tard, j'ai téléphoné et la secrétaire me répondait que c'était le responsable lui-même qui envoyait et par conséquent il fallait lui adresser un mail. Chose que j'ai faite mais je n'ai JAMAIS reçu de réponse. Donc je considère que le suivi est pitoyable !
Have sent an email to request a quote. Then, a few days later, I called and the secretary replied that it was the manager himself who sent and therefore he had to send her an email. Something I did but I NEVER received a response. So I consider that the follow-up is pitiful!
