In onze keuken is er alleen plaats voor ingrediënten van topkwaliteit. Verse, pure producten waarvan we de oorsprong kennen, die in de beste omstandigheden geteeld worden, en zonder dat U het voelt in uw portefeuille!
Daarbij kijkt Bistro R vooral naar Belgische producenten, waardoor er op onze kaart nadrukkelijk plaats is voor streekgerechten en producten.
Wij respecteren de seizoenen, zowel door de keuze van vlees/vis/wild als door onze selectie van groenten en fruit. We gebruiken de producten wanneer ze op hun best zijn!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classy restaurant, make reservations. You can get St. Emilion GC per glass there, there's always a bottle opened. Dishes are superbly dressed up, the Chef used to have a star-restaurant; that clearly shines through in the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the first restaurant we visited after the lockdown, which made it even more memorable. We were welcomed by a very friendly lady. The food started out strong with the first 2 courses of the menu, but towards the end the dessert was average.

If you go for lunch be sure to either take time enough for a long lunch or tell them in advance you don't have much time. If you don't ask them to speed up the service you can easily spend 2 hours having lunch
