La fraîcheur du rayon fruits légumes pas terrible. Très déçue, nous trouvons du bio ailleurs à bien meilleur prix et fraîcheur avec. Le 07/05/2017. I agree to pay more for organic but almost 1 euro for a potato! And everything is also shocking in the other products. The freshness of the fruit and vegetable department is not that great. Very disappointed, we find organic elsewhere at a much better price and freshness with. 05/07/2017.

Bref je recommande. Local organic store in Anderlecht, you can find everything you need. You will be greeted there by Mustapha and Hassan who are friendly and good advice. In short, I recommend.

Je suis pour les commerces de proximité à condition que le service soit au rendez-vous. Un bonjour, un merci, un passez une bonne journée,... Des petites choses qui font la différence. Enfin, je suis sûr que d'autres avis iront dans mon sens. Hospitality is not their strong point! BUT NOT AT ALL ! I have come often naively hoping that I was wrong, but no! Le vendeur nous calcule à peine, nous répond que vaguement et ne prend pas la peine d'écouter nos requêtes. De plus, au téléphone il me confirme plusieurs fois qu'un article est présent, et en allant au magasin 10 minutes après il n'y a rien, et il nous dit que l'article n'est pas en stock (depuis 1 mois). Bref, mauvaise expérience chaque fois que je dois m'y rendre par facilité vu la proximité. Heureusement certains articles valent la peine, bien que les prix soient parfois exagéré. Les humains qui travaillent dans ce magasin sont toujours très a l'écoute et disponibles, les produits sont très variés et de qualité. Il y a on le sent beaucoup de sérieux et un désir d'apporter quelque chose de différent. Et je voudrais rappeler aux clients qui mettent de mauvaises notes que les vendeurs sont aussi des humains avec des humeurs qui varient et pas uniquement des sourirs ambulants a votre service. I am not in favor of the rating system but seeing certain comments by chance I can only be offended to see the lack of respect of certain customers on the internet. The humans who work in this store are always attentive and available, the products are very varied and of quality. There is a lot of seriousness and a desire to bring something different. And I would like to remind clients who give bad marks that salespeople are also humans with varying moods and not just walking smiles at your service.
