★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De eigenaar kent zijn producten. Maar zijn verkoper precies minder: we kregen 10% korting volgens de eigenaar. Terwijl hij iemand anders hielp liepen we alvast naar de kassa om af te rekenen, hier is deze korting nooit afgetrokken.
 The owner knows his products. But his salesman exactly less: we got a 10% discount according to the owner. While he was helping someone else, we already walked to the checkout to check out, here this discount was never deducted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tot mijn grote spijt probeer ik deze zaak al sinds midden december telefonisch te bereiken in het kader van een te vervangen vizier voor mijn Dainese helm te vervangen maar niemand neemt op. Ik vermoedde dan een algemene Kerst sluit dus probeerde ik vandaag meermaals opnieuw. Tevergeefs. Omdat dit de enige zaak is die bij mijn weten Dainese verdeelt in het Gentse, had ik toch bijzonder gebaat geweest met telefonisch contact zodat ik niet voor niks 50 km rij.
Tot zolang is mijn helm dus al onbruikbaar.

To my great regret, I have been trying to reach this case by phone since mid-December in the context of replacing a visor for my Dainese helmet, but nobody answers. I suspected a general Christmas closing so I tried again several times today. In vain. Because this is the only case that, as far as I know, Dainese divides into Ghent, I would have benefited from telephone contact so that I drive 50 km for nothing.
Until that time my helmet is already unusable.
Too bad ... zero points for joe ...
