Bij mijn aankoop kreeg ik eveneens een super kwalitatieve uitleg over de fiets . Tot daar heel correct en eigenlijk TOP. Dan het punt naverkoop dat is iets wat dus blijkbaar niet bestaat . Voorbord van mijn stromen sluit niet goed aan -> antwoord is normaal (voor een fiets van 7600 euro) ? PUNT . Nog een paar vragen gesteld (tikkend voorwiel enz ) zelfs voor een bijkomende aankoop . Reactie 0,0 . Kort dus perfect voor aankoop maar kom nadien niet af met vragen . Spijtig . Mijn laatste aankoop was dan ook elders want dienst naverkoop is even zo niet nog belangrijker . Without a doubt a shop where you can buy a bicycle with a lot of knowledge (quality bicycles). With my purchase I also received a super qualitative explanation about the bike. So far, very correct and actually TOP. Then the point after sales that is something that apparently does not exist. Front board of my flows does not connect properly -> answer is normal (for a bicycle of 7600 euros)? POINT . Asked a few more questions (front wheel ticking etc) even for an additional purchase. Response 0.0. Short so perfect for purchase, but do not ask questions afterwards. Regrettable . My last purchase was elsewhere because after-sales service is just as if not even more important.

Ils vendent des produits de qualités avec un vrai accompagnement. Je me suis senti en confiance dès les premiers contacts. Futurs acheteurs, n'hésitez pas. La visite dans ce magasin en vaut la peine. Petit bémol, peut être, manque de choix au niveau des vêtements. Vannox Super warm welcome. Real professionals who take the time to listen to the customer and above all to give good advice. Zeer tevreden van de administratieve afhandeling rond nummerplaat, als ook de uitleg die ik had gekregen over de fiets (alsof ik hem nieuw kocht daar, ik had dit niet verwacht!) . Vriendelijke mensen, mooie winkel. I bought a second-hand Stromer ST5 in August 2021. Very satisfied with the administrative handling around the number plate, as well as the explanation I had received about the bike (as if I bought it new there, I didn't expect this!). Friendly people, nice shop.

Ze weten wie je bent, kennen je fiets en delen dezelfde passie. I have been a customer for 6-7 years and 2 bikes and they continue to amaze me with their fast service and customer-friendliness. They know who you are, know your bike and share the same passion.

Since it had a lot of good reviews and was closer to home, I decided to give it a try. I was met and greeted very coldly by the lady in the atelier. My mountain bike is an old model but still quite new as I do not use it very often, preferring it to my other bicycles. I wanted them to change the chain and check the fork and its bumper to make sure all was well. I was told that my fork model was outdated and none of its parts were currently manufactured and that the bicycle was too old and practically good for the bin. I was disappointed but did not give up. I found another place that accepted my bicycle today and they are servicing it up very well and I will have it back tomorrow. I will not be returning nor advising my friends to visit this place.

V	V M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a few sleek expensive bikes on display. You can't try anything without prior reservation. They didn't have a single testing bike, so we only had a quick theoretical chat. They asked us not to touch their expensive bikes. And they couldn't wait to get rid of us, so they can go back to doing absolutely nothing. We were the only clients, and they were simply chillin in the kitchen, bothered by our presence. So awful people, awful service, nowhere to safely attach your bike, not even a cup of water at the entrance on one of the hottest days of the year.
