Misogynist, my gf asked to test the seat of a motorbike and when she jumped in then they said in French "mmm c'est jolie" (clearly referring to her with hand movements and smiles) believing we did not understand when we both speak French and that we did not see when they are in the back 3 meters away. Not recommended, next time you guys watch your mouths and show respect to women (besides of yourselves and also the rest of the people around).

Excellent service, friendly and honest. There have been to occasions when I thought I would need more extensive work, but on both occasion I paid less than I thought.

Great store with many useful (maintenance, cleaning) and beautiful (clothes) bike stuff. Of course you can also purchase a great Honda here. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I used to love this place. I went there for years but now the staff has changed and is very unfriendly. The prices are becoming so expensive it's incredible. They add extra hours of labor, they add an extra layer of TVA even on items that already have TVA included. I do not recommend anymore !

Never managed to get a clear answer for a simple question: "did you change the oil filter as well or "just" the oil"...the good old-school tricks... Man! NB! it was not a maintenance issue, it was a long stocked purchase! Otherwise the new staff prices are not so bad. And now, Yes, I know: I'm the one to be blamed even for the seasonal holidays... That's all about the marketing skills and customers' satisfaction... MISERABLY DIY!

Total disaster. 3 weeks in their garage and 800 eur. Less than a month later my scouter is again in the garage (another one) for things that they were supposed to have done

I used the service centre. I would say okay. A little on the pricier side. I did a similar service check for a little cheaper price at Honda Mertens. Also the reception does not speak English so it was a bit difficult to explain the problem especially with Brussels being a bit more metro now. I did manage with a little french I learnt being in Brussels ?. Besides that I would think it was okay. Not the best but average okay besides the price.
