★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via mijn werkgever kon ik via BikeRepublic een fiets kopen (bedrijfsaankoop). Ik kwam binnen bij Serge die met mij wensen de ideale fiets probeerde te zoeken (niet gemakkelijk in tijden van lange levertijden). Uiteindelijk een custom fiets besteld, die echter paar weken later door een verlengde leveringstermijn van het fietsmerk geannuleerd werd. Serge regelde daarop een andere fiets die kort nadien opgehaald kon worden.
Intussen zijn we een paar maanden verder en werd er steeds snel , efficiënt en goed actie ondernomen om bij gebreken tegemoet te komen om deze op te lossen. Hoewel het voor mij iets verder is, ben ik wel uiterst tevreden over de service van Serge en de werkplaats!
 Through my employer I was able to buy a bicycle via BikeRepublic (company purchase). I came in to Serge who tried to find the ideal bike with me wishes (not easy in times of long delivery times). Finally ordered a custom bicycle, which was canceled a few weeks later due to an extended delivery period of the bicycle brand. Serge then arranged for another bicycle to be picked up shortly afterwards.
In the meantime, we are a few months further and action was always taken quickly, efficiently and properly to meet defects in order to solve them. Although it is a bit further for me, I am extremely satisfied with Serge's service and the workshop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enquired about Brompton bike because we had the intention of getting one. The sales person explained to me in details how the bike functioned. I was also allowed to test drive it. I was very satisfied with their service level before making a decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop owner should be interested in why customers buy from the competition. You order a bike, pay an advance, three weeks pass and there is still no bicycle. No information from the store. The manager has no respect for the client. I do not recommend, zero stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices. I went there to buy some supplies for my bike, the staff helped me with choosing the right items. Other day, I went there with my bike, they repaired it on the spot and very quickly.
I will go there again.
