On m'a d'abord envoyé chercher un travailleur qui n'était pas là... pour ensuite me fournir une commande pas complète. Le personnel était poli mais un service client à améliorer quand même. Certainly, there are people this spring. However, I waited 30 min. to just pick up an order. I was first sent to find a worker who was not there ... and then provide me with an incomplete order. The staff were polite but customer service needs improvement.

Le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute du client. Les prix sont raisonnables malgré la flambée récente des matières premières. Je recommande si vous avez besoin de matériaux ou simplement de conseils! Very good service, both in terms of accounting (reimbursement requested and made on time), delivery service and orders. The staff are very friendly and attentive to the customer. Prices are reasonable despite the recent surge in raw materials. I recommend if you need materials or just some advice!

Il a pris le temps de m'expliquer les différents graviers qu'il avait à disposition et leur prix. Grâce à lui, ma cour est nettement plus jolie. The salespeople are really listening. I also thank the great gentleman who took care of me. He took the time to explain to me the different gravel he had available and their price. Thanks to him, my yard is much prettier.

Le souci étant que certains matériaux ne sont disponibles que sur certains site (pas sur tous, et pas dans les dimensions affichées), le site internet n'est pas actualisé. Avec la meilleur volonté du monde, le personnel ne sait donc rien faire. Dommage. Ceci dit pour le professionnel qui faig du gros œuvre, ce doit être une enseigne intéressante, les autres... The concern being that certain materials are only available on certain sites (not on all, and not in the dimensions displayed), the website is not updated. With the best will in the world, the staff therefore do not know how to do anything. Pity. That said for the professional who does structural work, it must be an interesting sign, the others ... Making the trip is a risk ...
