En dessous, nous avons un sytème de chauffage au sol. Le résultat est splendide, les joins ne se voient pas du tout et le rendu est top! Ca change complètement du look Mortex ou autre imitation. Là il s'agit d'un véritable travail artisanal et la beauté du sol est que l'on voit les patinages tout en étant chaleureux. Un technicien et un artiste! On recommande chaudement!!! We made our white waxed concrete over the entire surface of our house with Cyril Claire from I Concrete. Below, we have a floor heating system. The result is splendid, the joints are not seen at all and the rendering is top! It completely changes the Mortex or other imitation look. Here it is a real artisanal work and the beauty of the ground is that we see the skating while being warm. A technician and an artist! We highly recommend !!!

What a joy to be able to call on a company that respects the dates and deadlines planned for the site, is punctual, provides neat and quality work. I highly recommend this company which is of good advice and at the service of its customers. In the event of a problem, Mr. Claire remains available and intervenes quickly and efficiently.

Tout au long de nos échanges j'avais l'impression de les ennuyer et qu'ils n'avaient pas envie de répondre à mes questions. Ma requête était pourtant simple, je souhaitais obtenir les fiches de sécurité de leurs produits pour connaître plus précisément leur composition et leur potentielle dangerosité (pour moi et aussi pour l'environnement). Le service clientèle n'a jamais répondu à mes interrogations et m'a clairement pris de haut. Je ne suis pas experte en matière de pigments et j'aurais apprécié obtenir des conseils de la part d'une société soi-disant experte dans le domaine depuis 15 ans... Les couleurs de leurs pigments me plaisaient beaucoup mais leur manque de transparence (qui en devient suspect) et leur hostilité m'ont totalement dissuadé de commander le moindre produit. Very bad experience with this company. I intended to order several concrete pigments but the customer service was appalling. Throughout our discussions I had the impression that I was boring them and that they did not want to answer my questions. My request was however simple, I wanted to obtain the safety data sheets of their products to know more precisely their composition and their potential dangerousness (for me and also for the environment). Customer service never answered my questions and clearly looked down on me. I am not an expert in pigments and would have appreciated getting advice from a company that has supposedly been an expert in the field for 15 years ... I really liked the colors of their pigments but their lack of transparency (which becomes suspect) and their hostility totally dissuaded me from ordering any product.

Super contact au téléphone les explications très claires, j’ai même rappelé pendant l’application du béton pour un complément d’information et Sandrine a été de très bon conseil et disponible. Les produits sont top et très faciles d’utilisation même pour les débutante comme moi. Le rendu fait super pro. A très bientôt pour mon plan de travaille ???? I received my order two weeks ago to make a coffee table for my youngest son. Great contact on the phone with very clear explanations, I even called back during the concrete application for more information and Sandrine was very good advice and available. The products are great and very easy to use even for beginners like me. The rendering is super pro. See you soon for my work plan ????
