★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for a parking and could not access the parking via the app and called but they keep saying there is a bug in their system that never gets fixed. Apparently the only time a bug doesn’t fail is when they charge your account. Never rely on them for your parking worries especially here in Gent!
