★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Beobankklant ging ik, totaal niet klant zijnde van dit kantoor, binnen voor info ivm klein persoonlijk probleem. Ik werd direct vriendelijk onthaald, de oplossing van mijn probleempje werd direct uitgelegd en direct toegepast met een smile alsof ik reguliere klant van kantoor was ! Hoewel ik eigenlijk verder totaal niet meer zal langskomen, vind ik dat een super, klantgerichte ingesteldheid met goede PR voor het kantoor én Beobank !
 As a Beobank customer, I went in, totally non-customer of this office, for information regarding a small personal problem. I was immediately welcomed friendly, the solution to my problem was immediately explained and immediately applied with a smile as if I was a regular customer of the office! Although I will not come along at all, I think that is a super, customer-oriented attitude with good PR for the office and Beobank!
