★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top, habe bei Ben schon 2 Uhren zur Reparatur bzw. Überarbeitung gegeben und bin absolut zufrieden! Bearbeitung war deutlich schneller als angekündigt, über das Ticketsystem war ich stets auf dem aktuellen Stand. Auf jeden irgendwie machbaren Sonderwunsch wird eingegangen. Preise sind dazu absolut fair! Ein echter Uhrmacher, wie man ihn sich wünscht! Weiter so, ich bleibe definitiv treuer Kunde!
 Great, I already gave 2 watches to Ben for repair or revision and I am absolutely satisfied! Processing was significantly faster than announced, I was always up to date via the ticket system. Every special request that can be made is dealt with. Prices are absolutely fair! A real watchmaker the way you want it! Keep it up, I will definitely remain a loyal customer!

- Auch wenn es um Reklamationen geht immer stehts freundlich
- Die Wartezeiten sind manchmal echt hoch dafür lohnt sich das Warten aber .

Auch bei schwierigen oder kniffligen Arbeiten schreckt er nicht zurück, er hat eine Lösung.
