★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na 2 weken nog geen offerte ontvangen voor nieuwe achterdeur en terrasramen. Dit terwijl de adviseur wel degelijk weet dat de woning verhuurd moet worden en de terrasdeuren niet meer sluiten door schade aangebracht door vorige huurder. Na anderhalve week gebeld met het kantoor en 4 dagen later nog niet teruggebeld. Ik vind het respectloos en totaal onaanvaardbaar. Snap niet hoe Belisol nog zaken kan doen als het personeel zo omgaat met potentiële klanten.l
 After 2 weeks I have not received a quote for a new back door and patio windows. This while the consultant does know that the house must be rented and the patio doors no longer close due to damage caused by the previous tenant. After a week and a half called the office and 4 days later still not called back. I find it disrespectful and totally unacceptable. Do not understand how Belisol can still do business when staff deal with potential customers this way
