I sometimes order on this site and the products are good except this time: the fondants were as hard as a stone!

Produits de qualité bien que pas donné (surtout la livraison qui n'a pas était gratuite malgré les 101€ commandé) mais pour se rappeler la Belgique rien de tel que des vrais produits ! Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas combiné une commande frais + surgelé. Très bien dans l'ensemble ?
The delivery is very neat. Right in time. Flawless parcels. Quality products although not given (especially the delivery that was not free despite the 101 € ordered) but to remember Belgium nothing like real products! Too bad we can not combine a fresh + frozen order. Very good overall ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Première commande sur ce site et totale satisfaction. Commande conforme et livraison rapide via Chronopost. Juste dommage qu'il ne soit pas possible de se faire livrer via un autre transporteur afin de réduire les frais de port.
Lors de ma commande j'ai eu droit à un produit gratuit, et à la livraison j'ai eu droit à un autre article offert, très sympathique. Je recommanderais certainement sur ce site qui me permet de retrouver toute les saveurs Belges.
First order on this site and total satisfaction. Compliant order and fast delivery via Chronopost. Just a pity that it is not possible to have it delivered via another carrier in order to reduce the shipping costs.
When I ordered I was entitled to a free product, and upon delivery I was entitled to another free item, very nice. I would certainly recommend on this site which allows me to find all the Belgian flavors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has not been the first time I placed orders on both BelgicaStore and BelFreeze.
Nor is it the first time orders do not arrive on time.
A clear banner on the website state that all orders before 19/12 will be delivered 23/12 or 24/12.
Once again, the results are not so.
This year the order arrived only partially.
Where I can only assume items are missing (which happens regularly) but more so, less than 30% of the total order has arrived in time.
Meat which was supposed to be delivered for a Christmas Eve dinner simply isn’t here.
Contacting Belgicastore several days earlier resulted in no response. Since then, messages simply don’t arrive on WhatsApp.
Very unprofessional.
