★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a bed here, it came defective and the store never replaced it nor refunded, this was a really bad service... they have decent price, but in case of any issue, know that you will lose your money.
Update: I went to the vilvoorde shop several times, they gave me the excuse that the furniture / bed comes directly from the manufacturer and that they had emailed them several times, also that the manufacturer would contact me directly, who never did.
