★ ★ ★ ★ ★ een kantoor waar je enkel op afspraak terecht kunt, als je met een dringende zaak zit, kun je daar nie direct terecht. en als je dan pech hebt dat je door omstandigheden nie in een andere gemeente geraakt, dan sta je daar. ik vind da een kantoor toch gewone openingsuren ook hoort te hebben.
 an office where you can only go to an appointment, if you are in an urgent case, you can not go there immediately. and if you are unlucky that you are not in another municipality because of circumstances, you are there. I think that an office should also have normal opening hours.
