O	Oliver KOZAK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For simple tasks like pin code, change of data, and other things for which one still must go to the bank itself, it is ok. The opening hours are made for the lunchtime break of nearby offices. For anything more complicated probably I would rather go to the Belfius Tower at Place Rogier, which is only three metro stops away.

I have had a Befius account at a branch outside Brussels for several years since beginning to work part time in Belgium. Staff at the Rue de Loi branch are downright obstructive, unhelpful. Went there to open a second account for an apartment deposit. Having been told what to bring, I came back and was told I need to make an appointment with my own branch (although you can drop into any ING branch and do the same without even having an account). Asked them if I could move my account to this branch. Was told the boss had to approve any move and he was away for more than two weeks. Asked them to call my branch and make an appointment for me. They refused. I can see why as I have now spent an hour so far on the phone waiting for someone to pickup. All the time the branch sits empty, full of bored looking staff and no customers. No wonder.

L	Lu's Garden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK. Their card security is a joke (no protection against fraud!). Their staff is incredibly unfriendly (look at reviews of other Belfius branches). The bank itself was in the verge of bankruptcy a couple of years ago - perhaps that is also a good sign of how things work there. I simply can't understand how a bank like this can exist in 21st century.
