s	shazie ak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niemand neemt telefon op. Geen service al 5 dagen probeer ik ze te bereiken echt slechte bank. Ik had graag 0 op 5 gegeven. Nobody picks up the phone. No service for 5 days trying to reach them really bad bank. I would have liked to give 0 out of 5.
J	Johannes Teunissen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Door corona haast onmogelijk hier een afspraak te maken, wat een beetje begrijpelijk is, maar aan de andere kant is dit natuurlijkwel de Belfius in het centrum van Antwerpen. Men zou dus denken dat er voldoende service voorzien zou zijn. Op het moment dat ik er was heb ik de man van de security 2 a 3 mensen, appart, horen vertellen dat ze op dat moment niet geholpen konden worden. It is almost impossible to make an appointment here due to corona, which is somewhat understandable, but on the other hand, this is of course the Belfius in the center of Antwerp. One would therefore think that sufficient service would be provided. The moment I was there, I heard the security man tell 2 or 3 people, apart, that they could not be helped at that moment.

Wanneer ik vraag om die specifieke rekening te blokkeren, dan blokkeren ze alles zonder iets te laten weten (moest ik te weten komen via mijn app). Zelf willen ze het probleem niet oplossen Telefonisch bereiken gaat amper en per mail duurt het dagen voordat je een antwoord krijgt. Resultaat. Bijna drie weken niet aan mijn zichtrekening, spaarrekenin, niets. Bad service. First they create an extra current account without being asked, which costs me money. When I ask to block that particular account, they block everything without letting you know (had to find out through my app). They don't want to solve the problem themselves Reaching by phone is hardly possible and by e-mail it takes days before you get an answer. Result. Almost three weeks without my current account, savings account, nothing.

The only reason I knew this upfront was because I asked them through mail to confirm the appointment. While they did have al my contact information since they originaly did confirm it. The appointment was about a rental deposit account since I'm moving in a few weeks and this had to be in place before the rent starts. When I asked them for an alternative, they had absolutely nothing. Even though I've been a loyal customer of Belfius for over 10 years. Very unfortunate. Their competition luckily did offer this option online. On top of that, their online communication wasn't kind or helpful in any way. So for rental deposits or customer service in general I wouldn't recommend this bank.
A	Amany Abu dacka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank in Belgium. Two months of bad experience with them. Each time i call they say that they can't help, and it is thier business, and i must wait !!!. And after they just hang off the call with no respect!!. I waited 25 days to make a rental deposit account which it takes 5 mins in max . And i am waiting for 20 days now to activate my new card. My next step is canceling my account with them after being a customer for 3 years, and go to another bank !!!.
