Philippe put us really at ease from the start and it was clear that his intent was not to lead us to spend over our budget but to guide us to chose the best value for money which would be compatible with our taste and budget. He also evaluated a diamond for us free of charge. The delivery was fast and precise and I loved the professional but friendly service. For someone like me, who hates pretentious places who oversell their articles this was a perfect setting. Last but not least.... my wife loved the ring. Beautiful stone, perfect and light classy mounting.

The idea of buying a ring with out seeing it made us nervous, so we booked an appointment to meet Philippe in his office. Discovering that the office was in heavily secured building in the heart of the Antwerp diamond district, made us realize that Beldiamond is a cut above the rest. Philippe gave us something that no other jeweler had, an education. He explained what quality diamonds we should buy and why; as well as why gold was a better choice for us rather than platinum. We left the meeting knowing that the creation of my dream ring was in the hands of a master. About 2 weeks later our ring was done. It was more beautiful than we could imagine. We highly recommend Beldiamond!

The fact that you can have a quiet appointment makes it a unique experience, much better than in a big jewellery shop.
