P	Pierre Pousseur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas très propre, la suite du haut n'a pas de tentures pour la deuxième chambre qui est dans le salon. Il fait donc clair en été. L'insonorisation n'est vraiment pas terrible. La terrasse est chouette pour faire sécher les habits des enfants après la mer. Elle est orientée vers l'est. La literie laisse vraiment a désirer. L'hôtel est quand même vraiment très bien situé. Not very clean, the upstairs suite has no curtains for the second bedroom which is in the living room. It is therefore clear in summer. The soundproofing is really poor. The terrace is great for drying children's clothes after the sea. It faces east. The bedding leaves much to be desired. The hotel is still really well located.
L	Luc VA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel dat eerder doet denken aan een eenvoudige verhuur maar alles is aanwezig. Qua ruimte was onze studio nipt ok voor drie personen. Functionele inrichting, voldoende kastruimte, geen luxueuse afwerking. Bad en toilet niet super modern maar ok. Lift aanwezig. Qua ligging ideaal gelegen: vlak bij het strand en een halte van de kusttram (die voor geen lawaaihinder zorgt). Hotel that is rather reminiscent of a simple rental, but everything is there. In terms of space, our studio was just okay for three people. Functional furnishing, sufficient cupboard space, no luxurious finish. Bath and toilet not super modern but ok. Elevator present. Ideally located: close to the beach and a stop of the coastal tram (which causes no noise pollution).

Voor herhaling vatbaar. Top. Friendly, neat, price quality OK. Booked an apartment hotel for the first time. Is very nice. Sitting area with TV and table, kitchenette and yet hotel service. Worth repeating. Top.

S	Simon F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit outdated. Also there was a bad smell in the apartment. Very rude and unfriendly cleaning lady. (The same that does the breakfast). Rest was ok. Good location.

Owner called us liars, refused to refund for the stay that we never had. Problem is with their late check in procedure, completely unprofessional and sloppy written in bad French. As a result we had to search for another place to stay. Now owner refuses to refund us, very rude, called me a liar and hang up on me. No apologies for the incident, no solutions were provided. Basically these guys are bunch of scammers. Avoid at any cost.
M	Mike Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CAREFUL!! This hotel chain does nothing to attend to guests, help to solve issues nor have basic sense of customer care. In our case. They have weird late arrival policy, where the keys are kept in a completely different building 2.5 km away, and you receive an email in bad French telling you to do something incomprehensible to have access to it. We arrived after dark, could not find the key, looked everywhere, opened the safe case, called all phone numbers, no answer, nothing. To add to the injury, next day owner of the hotel refused to refund us, called us a liars and hang up!!! Told us maybe in a week she will maybe do something, if she decides that email instructions were 'not correct'. Basically this place is run by a bunch of crooks who will take your money and run away. After booking this hotel and paying 260 euros, instead of good memories, I need to prepare claims and demand refund from a thief of an owner. Do not repeat our mistakes!! Do not book with them!!
