★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outdated but I think they will be redecorating it. Rooms are not special at all and also not very clean - I found some hairs in the bathroom that weren't mine ;) Food is good but we had to wait for almost an hour to get it despite the fact that there were only 4 tables taken... Garden is really nice though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice historical surrounding, beautiful garden. Good location, hotel is near to the city center.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. The building is really nice, especially the ceiling of the hall where the breakfast was located.
Room is spacious, bathroom is also ok, bed is comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely and clean... but the rooms are very run down and need refurbishment. The shower tray had rusted through the coating. One bright part was the mattress, which was lush and comfy.
The bar and outside area is lovely, and the service is good... so if you're just here for a drink then it's a good choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff. Unfortunately no restaurant to mention. Just some small bites to order. Food available in the neighborhood though.
We had a - just renovated - room on the ground floor which was rather small. Perhaps bigger rooms are available. I suggest you ask at the desk. Also check the price. My wife checked in and I noticed far lower prices while writing this.
The hotel is located in a nice area, not far from the University Hospital. In case you should go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located in a quiet area of Leuven. The bed in the room is very comfortable. There is no wardrobe in the convent room, but there is a hanging tube where you can hang your shirts and coats. The shower share the same space as the room and if you want to take a shower with hot water the steam stays inside the bedroom (I opened the window to circulate some fresh air).
The breakfast is expensive but you have "some" variety. Eggs, different types of bread, ham and cheese. Musli with toppings is alos in the menu.
If you are planning to go by car, you must pay the parking place (12 EUR per day). I find this very strange for a 4-star hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ well, modern equipped rooms with Samsung TV end tablet computer! Very tasteful breakfast, definitely a recommendation! Booked the beer package directly on the hotel website, which includes breakfast, two bottles of tasteful Belgian beer and a voucher for a local brewery.
