I was so impressed by the surgeon Dr. Plovier , The clinic and staff at Be clinic, even down to the chauffeur driven service from the Midi to the clinic and the hotel and rooms etc. It was all too easy to get on the Eurostar and be in Belgium in two hours and so I returned again for a face lift in November.. I have had many operations by different surgeons over the years, but Dr. Plovier is more than just a surgeon, he is a master of perfection and a true craftsman. Dr. Plovier wants you to be happy with his work before you leave and I am so pleased with the operations that he performed, that I plan to go back the end of next year to have two other smaller operations. Don't waste time, call, call him and see him in London for an appointment.. You will not be disappointed!
B	B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only sing everyone's praises from last Tuesday when I visited Beclinic for a breast uplift and augmentation. From the start at 7am when we arrived until we left at 5pm everyone was so lovely and they looked after my friend who came with me too, she could stay in the room while I was in theatre and they looked after her just as well as me. My friend said never once did she feel in the way or out of place. I can't thank you all enough for how well I was looked after, my nurse was amazing and so attentive, my anaesthesiologist so caring and lovely and all the other nurses and staff were so kind. Not to be forgotten Frank was very reassuring and I felt totally confident he would give me the best outcome. I'm yet to see under the bandages but I know my new breasts will look amazing. He has been available for any questions or concerns since the surgery and has always answered so promptly. I'm so happy it's all finally been and done after waiting so long. I can not recommend this place enough. The clinic was so modern and clean and everything just so comfortable for pre and post op Don't go to anyone else but Dr plovier

B	Bibi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite appalling and very disappointing customer service. I had a video consultation booked 2 months in advanced that was cancelled the day before. This however wasn’t really an issue for me, I was simply keen to rearrange. I was told Dr would phone the following week but no date or time was specified and no call came. I then sent a couple of very polite emails requesting an alternative date. Sadly both emails were ignored.

Dr Plovier has an amazing team of staff from reception to cleaner to the theatre staff. A special mention to Brigitte, Marie, Valerie and Jennifer you were amazing with me. Would also like to say a thank you to the drivers the hotel staff at Panorama you couldn't do enough for me. Dr Plovier I trusted 100% to carry out my surgery he made me feel relaxed and at ease. He has exceeded my expectations. The staff at Be clinic are so kind, caring and absolutely wonderful! Especially Jennifer who gave me some advice after my op and helped me dress and helped carry my bag.. I will forever be grateful and if I ever have more cosmetic surgery the Be clinic will be the only place for me! If I could make it more than 5 stars then I would.
