β β β β β It is a shame having to wait even when has an appointment and pays upfront. Even more disappointed to see that the reason is they treat someone who happened to everyone there before me without appointment not even apologising or anything. Will never ever be back.

β β β β β They burnt my skin! I had told them I was sensitive to that (she just answered "don't worry, i do that every day, it does nothing") , they used strips instead of wax .
Not even an apology!! Not amical AT ALL.

β β β β β Avoid avoid avoid! Reserved pedicure online, came there, they took my semi permanent off and said I have a problem with my nails, and they cant do the pedicure. Charged this 60 euros!!! My doctor later confirmed there is no problem. Other people who went there all had a bad experience!

β β β β β Premises are well appointed and very clean. The quality of the mani-pedis depends on who is doing it. I've had some very disappointing results. The website should allow us to choose the person we want. This review is for Sinara who is warm, polite and whose work is unfailingly excellent. Give Japanese manicure a shot. It's great for reinforcing the nails and by the time Sinara is done it's hard to believe there is no nail polish involved! Thank you for my beautiful hands and feet!

β β β β β Terrible. I have been getting my nails done every two weeks for the past 5 years and this is by far the worst place I've ever been to. I had gel removed and a manicure. The woman who did my nails was really rough and clumsy. All my nails were chopped off and shaped differently, the gel wasn't removed entirely, dirt was left on the underside of my nails- and the golden highlight- she managed to tear one of my nails horizontally down the middle while filing and I'm walking around with my nail flapping about. I didn't even receive an apology- she just carried on and hoped I wouldn't notice. While I normally also get gel done, I didn't this time because it would've cost 50 euros as opposed to the 25 I paid for the delights described above. 25 euros out the window.
