But in terms of customer care...why do I need to sit opposite somebody who is grumpy for 30 minutes? I understand I do not speak French but basic communication and good manners transcend language skills I would hope. I also had my eyebrows done, and although the 2 previous times another girl had done them beautifully, this time they thinned them to half! I am so upset...this is not what I had asked...but I guess she did not care because she was rushing to the next appointment...Really disappointing, this eyebrow cannot be fixed for months now, will definitely not go back again ....
C	Carmen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first "restructuration" after months and months of letting my eyebrows go wild during lockdown, and Sinara gave me the most beautiful eyebrows! She also kindly showed me how to fill them in with a pencil to get an even more perfect (yet natural) result. Would 100% recommend her work, and the salon is clean and centrally located in the EU area. Prices are more than fair for the service and the location. You can also pay online when you book, which is both convenient and corona-friendly. Just be careful if you're working from home, you will spend quite some time admiring your new eyebrows :)

I always ask to be treated by her as she is attentive and applies the wax to my supersentive skin with utmost care, in a delicate but efficient manner. I can recommend Sianara for any beautycare done on sensitive troubled skin. She will ensure a great beautification result. It is difficult to find such a good service in Brussels, if we consider she spends all necessary time to meet my requests (e.g. manual removal with a pinse of underskin incarnated hairs and residual wax). She never rushed and has always been extremely polite and nice. I am also happy with Angela, who made my day by fashioning my nails (demi-perm gel, French manicure) with top quality products. I tried a number of treatments and can confirm BB's accuracy and customer-oriented approach. BB is located at the heart of the EU institutions (perfect location for EU professionals), easy to reach. The saloon is brand new and clean, furnished with taste and style, the ideal place to take a break and a moment to relax.

The girls are really professional, very efficient and do an absolutely great job on everything from hair removal to manicures and pedicures. You can also book everything online and then just show up. It is also well placed in the EU area and the only place that offers this range of services with a great quality/price ratio.
