★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely difficult to get to and I always have to wait extremely long times at the counter. The store does not stock very much so it's better just to have BAX send your package to your home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. More than 30 min waiting to pick up a parcel, no line for online order or customer attention, a rude customer tried to be attended before me, no reaction from the staff, ended up badly. Worst experience in a music shop ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an item 20 days ago. They said it would be deliverd in 7 days. I had a deadline with a concert of 25 days before, so I ordered. After 14 days I was in Amsterdam and walked in to the shop where I waited for at least 45!! min to get some support, and the answer was that it should be delivered by next week. A week later nothing... Called 3 times, waited for 15 min on the line each time, no answer. Called today, after 20 min got someone on the phone who said they don't know when it will be delivered. Canceled my order, ordered at Thomson will be deliverd tomorrow!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the largest music shop in the area. Could spend hours there but I found the personnel quite uninterested and there is very little opportunity to try stuff out. With the current roadworks very hard to get there even if you're willing to walk the last few 100 meters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cool store, friendly staff, much in stock. If you want to buy an instrument or anything related to it, you'll find it here and get extra advice if you want it. You'll feel at home here. Not in the city center though, but a good 15 minute walk when coming from the main shopping street in Antwerp (Meir).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company promises next day delivery if ordered until 23:00, but this never happen, once you order you get always on the next day not your products but an email saying they will need two more days.
On my order they 'lost' one of the boxes of my gear, I contacted customer support asking for a refund and their answer: If you want your money back you can suit us or wait until 30 days, if the box doesn't appear so we can open a case to give your money back@. Very complicated shop to deal with.
