★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vous cherchez les problèmes, PK Châssis c' est le partenaire idéal! Une porte de garage commandé en mai 2018, encore en attende! Une première proposition pour installation: 6 décembre. Après une téléphone (début décembre) pour confirmer la date, j'ai découvrir que la livraison n'est pas sûr leur liste. Une deuxième date de livraison, confirmé par e-mail, le 5 Mars. Et... RIEN!!! Pas de téléphone, de message ou e-mail pour la raison d'annulation!!! Personne ne répond pas au téléphone ou mon e-mail!!!
If you are looking for trouble, PK Chassis is the perfect partner! A garage door ordered in May 2018, still waiting! A first proposal for installation: December 6th. After a phone (early December) to confirm the date, I discover that delivery is not sure their list. A second delivery date, confirmed by e-mail, on March 5th. And nothing!!! No phone, message or e-mail for the reason for cancellation !!! Nobody answers the phone or my email !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben bij BatyMaes blauwe PVC-ramen laten installeren in 2007. Het is nu de 2de keer dat de kleur begint los te komen. Ik heb hun in maart 2017 een mail gestuurd dat de kleur opnieuw loskomt en al 2x een herinnering gestuurd en telkens zeggen ze mij dat ze ermee bezig zijn. Wij hebben bij hun al voor de 2de keer nieuwe ramen laten steken. Vrienden en familie hebben op ons aanraden ook nieuwe ramen door BatyMaes laten steken. Dit is nu hun dienst na verkoop... Ik ben echt teleurgesteld. Ze zijn zelfs nog niet komen kijken!!!!
We had blue PVC windows installed at BatyMaes in 2007. It is now the 2nd time that the color starts to come off. I sent them an email in March 2017 that the color comes off again and have already sent 2x a reminder and they always tell me that they are working on it. We have already installed new windows for the 2nd time. At our recommendation, friends and family have also had new windows put through by BatyMaes. This is now their after sales service ... I am really disappointed. They haven't even come to see yet !!!!
