De service van Batisol overtreft ons aller verwachtingen. De dag nadien stond een technieker klaar en het defect werd onmiddellijk vastgesteld en verholpen. DAT noem ik pas service. Geweldig bedrijf! Mocht ik opnieuw panelen leggen, ik zou direct bij Batisol aankloppen. Niet twijfelen! After our installer kept us firmly on the line when reporting a defect in the inverter, I consulted Batisol. Batisol's service exceeds all expectations. The next day a technician was ready and the defect was immediately identified and repaired. THAT is what I call service. Great company! If I were to install panels again, I would immediately knock on Batisol's door. Do not hesitate!

Onze woning (laagbouw met een speciaal gebogen/doorhangend dak) zou hierdoor veel van zijn uitstraling verliezen. Batisol heeft me toch van gedacht doen veranderen. Het eerste gesprek verliep zeer vlot, alles werd zeer duidelijk voorgesteld en besproken. De daaropvolgende offerte was zeer uitgebreid en werd correct tot in het kleinste detail uitgeschreven. De overeenkomst werd ondertekend en kort daarna volgde de uitvoering. Gelet op de speciale contstructie van mijn dak, werd al snel duidelijk dat de zonnepanelen niet konden geplaatst worden zoals aanvankelijk werd voorgesteld. Dit werd zonder problemen bijgestuurd. Alles werd netjes gemonteerd en aangesloten. De installatie (zonnepanelen/batterij) werkt perfect. Een duidelijk meerwaarde voor onze woning. I hesitated for a long time to have solar panels installed because I didn't want to put my roof full of panels. Our house (low-rise building with a special curved/sagging roof) would lose much of its appearance as a result. Batisol made me change my mind anyway. The first meeting went very smoothly, everything was very clearly presented and discussed. The subsequent quotation was very comprehensive and was correctly written down to the smallest detail. The agreement was signed and implementation followed shortly after. Given the special construction of my roof, it soon became clear that the solar panels could not be placed as originally proposed. This was adjusted without any problems. Everything was neatly installed and connected. The installation (solar panels/battery) works perfectly. A clear added value for our home.

The Sales rep was not just someone trying to meet his annual sales number, he really took the time to figure out what was best for us, taking into account our usage, financial state, etc... When the time was there to install the panels and hook us up, there were no delays, the job was done within the timeframe agreed upon, the crew left a clean house, and everything in working order. In short, Batisol is a no-nonsens, to-the-point, keep-my-promise business, I holeheartedly recommend.

The installation was clean and despite some challenges, was completed in half a day. This organization clearly is a smooth running machine.
