premier rendez vous : aucune ponctualité et nullement prévenu. 1h de retard.
prise de mesure et demande de projet : 4-5 semaines pour un devis... 9 semaines après toujours rien... un message pour demander où en est le projet et on me notifie très brièvement qu'on ne sait pas assurer le suivit du projet : trop débordé...
sachez que le respect du client, c'est une communication, quitte a vous excuser et reporter le projet mais ne pas laisser les gens espérer pour ensuite les lâcher ....
je ne recommande pas.
 2 emails, 1 Facebook message and 2 calls to make an appointment.
first meeting: no punctuality and no warning. 1 hour late.
measurement and project request: 4-5 weeks for a quote ... 9 weeks after still nothing ... a message to ask where the project is and I am notified very briefly that we do not know how to follow up of the project: too overwhelmed ...
know that respect for the customer is communication, even if it means apologizing and postponing the project but not letting people hope and then letting them go ....
I do not recommend.
