★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5-6 year member and came back here after a year to notice they have torn down most squash rooms, which were full most evenings! They only thought of the weight lifters! Fine more room for them, it was needed honestly, but where is the equipment we needed and is always taken : a extra bench would be nice (don't tell me that's too expensive!) and the cross-over, so much room now and still not... Before I understood but now I understand: they don't listen because we are just cashcows or should I say sheep??

This guy has no place in presenting this Sports Institution, he is very indisciplined and has a bad approach with clients he clearly doesn’t understand what hospitality is.
We need some change!
