★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry dat jullie maar 2 sterren waard zijn maar dat heeft zeker zijn redenen. Naar communicatie toe is het een echte flop! Wat ik ook niet begrijp is dat tijdens de 1ste lockdown er niet gesport kon worden maar dat de betalingen toch verder liepen... da`s durven! Jullie konden hier zeker iets aan doen. Eventueel alle leden 2 maand gratis laten sporten bijvoorbeeld? of een terugbetaling? maar neen, niks doen jullie. Alleen het geld is belangrijk. Geloof me, niet alleen ik ben gefrustreerd hierdoor. Zeer zeer jammer!
Sorry you are only worth 2 stars but there are reasons for that. It is a real flop when it comes to communication! What I also do not understand is that during the 1st lockdown it was not possible to play sports, but that the payments continued anyway ... dare! You could certainly do something about this. Possibly let all members exercise for free for 2 months, for example? or a refund? but no, you do nothing. Only the money is important. Believe me, not only am I frustrated with this. Very sorry!
