Responsable très bienveillant avec les adhérents . Il serait cool d'avoir un coach pour les cours bike car écran monotone. Very very clean gym. Good material too bad there is no visual on the outside. Top accessibility parking. Responsible very benevolent with the members. It would be cool to have a coach for the bike lessons because the screen is monotonous.

De plus les employes ne veulent rien savoir... Pas top top les gars Refuse because the machine does not read my health pass (French). All Belgian and French rooms accept except this room. Le gros point négatif reste le personnel de la salle et plus particulièrement Quentin qui privilégie les habitué, ses "potes", et de l'autre côté, rabaisse les nouveaux. Demande aux nouveaux de partir au bout d'une heure et demi de séance alors que certains de ses "potes" étaient arrivés avant nous et ne leur a rien dit du tout, aucune réflexion ne leur a été faite. Merci de rectifier ce problème. Cordialement. For the locals, nothing to complain about, good machines, clean and tidy premises. The big negative point remains the staff of the room and more particularly Quentin who favors the regulars, his "friends", and on the other hand, belittles the new ones. Asks the new ones to leave after an hour and a half of sitting when some of his "friends" had arrived before us and didn't say anything to them at all, no thought was given to them. Please rectify this problem. Cordially.

I know there is 15 minutes buffer time I was late more 3 minutes. I was trying to convince her to let me enter but she is telling me no no I can't let you enter and just going away, common I am not asking you for free.
