Tijdens de corona periode zijn er bepaalde toestellen niet beschikbaar, maar dit maakt net dat het er veilig sporten is nu. Er is een parkeergarage om de hoek en verder is het natuurlijk ook geweldig gelegen voor ladies van Mechelen! A very clean fitness environment and friendly, helpful staff. During the corona period, certain devices are not available, but this makes it safe to work out there now. There is a parking garage around the corner and it is also a great location for ladies from Mechelen!
5	5th_ Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ga er al even naar deze fitness na over te zijn gestapt van een andere fitness in de buurt. De basic fit ladies only fitness is vele properder en is ook een pak aangenamer. Je hebt genoeg ruimte en het is er helemaal niet druk. Het fitness interieur lijkt niet meer op de foto's die momenteel bij deze Google reviews staan. Het is nu vele aangenamer. I've been going to this gym for a while after switching from another gym in the area. The basic fit ladies only fitness is much cleaner and is also a lot more pleasant. You have enough space and it is not crowded at all. The fitness interior no longer resembles the photos that are currently included with these Google reviews. It's much more pleasant now.

F	Frieke Schueremans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het personeel is onvriendelijk en gedraagt zich onmenselijk tegenover klanten. Heel erg weinig vertrouwen en commentaar op de kleinste details. Akkoord dat er in een club regels moeten zijn maar regels staan niet boven klantvriendelijkheid. Ik werd nageroepen en uitgemaakt na een aantal vragen over het registratiesysteem, dat is niet ok. Verder vind ik het ook niet kunnen dat ik achtervolgd wordt of de tijd niet krijg om materiaal op te ruimen of dat ik mijn pas moet achterlaten om materiaal zoals enkel straps te lenen. Ik ben al in veel basic-fits geweest maar na de vijfde onaangename ervaring met het personeel zal ik hier niet meer komen. The staff is unfriendly and inhumane towards customers. Very very little trust and commentary on the smallest details. Agree that there should be rules in a club, but rules are not above customer friendliness. I was yelled at and put out after some questions about the registration system, that's not ok. Furthermore, I don't think it's possible that I'm being chased or that I don't have the time to clear up material or that I have to leave my pass behind to borrow material such as ankle straps. I've been to many basic fits before but after the fifth unpleasant experience with the staff I won't be coming here again.
