i	inge deschuyffeleer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De gerant (Luc) is onredelijk en niet-klantvriendelijk.Op een zeer onvriendelijke manier worden sommige jongeren aangesproken en gewezen op het feit dat ze geen handdoek bij hebben (anderen dan weer niet, dus zeer willekeurig). Geen kans, noch voorstel om daar handdoek te kopen (terwijl er wel blijkbaar een aanbod is). Lidkaart wordt onmiddellijk voor 1 maand geblokkeerd. Geen discussie over de reden, wel de manier waarop er met mensen wordt omgegaan. Terwijl er op hetzelfde moment mensen waren die hun bezweet T-shirt als handdoek gebruikten, met 2 binnenglipten met 1 kaart, als enige premiumklant de andere vrienden voorzien van water... NIET CORRECT! The manager (Luc) is unreasonable and non-customer-friendly. In a very unfriendly way, some young people are approached and pointed out that they do not have a towel with them (others are not, therefore very random). No chance or proposal to buy a towel there (while there is apparently an offer). Membership card is immediately blocked for 1 month. No discussion about the reason, but the way people are treated. While at the same time there were people using their sweaty T-shirt as a towel, with 2 slipping inside with 1 card, as the only premium customer providing the other friends with water ... NOT CORRECT!

Beautiful room well equipped and maintained. Too bad for the starving people who spend more time watching women than playing sports.

C	Cindy Claes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salle de sport géniale, tout le staff génial, par contre le gérant / un monsieur plus vieux est anti-patique jusqu’au point où on a envie de faire demi-tour quand c’est lui qui est à l’acceuil ce jour là. Google est plein de review négatives sur lui, je crois que basic-fit doit offrir un atelier de service client et amabilité à certains de son staff. Great gym, all the great staff, on the other hand the manager / an older man is anti-patic to the point where you want to turn around when it is he who is at the reception that day . Google is full of negative reviews on him, I believe that basic-fit should offer a customer service and friendliness workshop to some of its staff.

F	Fred B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way too crowded especially now with the corona. half of the machines are closed but often it's to crowded and people have to work out next to each other.... not logical at all. There should be a limit of how many people can enter
R	Romulus Maximus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Listen, I love this fitness mainly because it's so close to me and it's the cleanest one I have ever went to. But one of the major drawbacks is that there's way too many people at peak hours, like I need to sit down and wait sometimes because it's so full and almost all desired machines are taken up. The other point that can be mitigated is to please please PLEASE tell these people (more often than not, minors), to stop standing in groups and holding meeting in the middle of the workout area. It's clear that none of them are adults and thus should be barred from entering, also it'd be great to tell them not to hog the machines.
