La perfection n'étant pas de ce monde, je n'attribue presque jamais de 5. Excellent rapport prix qualité, personnel très sympa, propreté très correcte et bon respect des règles sanitaires.

La dame à l'accueil était vraiment gentille et nous a guidé pour notre première séance. Elle nous a conseillé l'option Yenga que nous trouvons très pratique ! Toujours à l'écoute et disponible. Le matériel est assez bien entretenu.

J'adore, personnel super sympa, cadre convivial avec une ambiance chaleureuse à tout point de vue. Lieux irréprochable niveau propreté et super accessible. Continuez comme ça ?je recommande

There's a Basic Fit pretty close to home (Mont Saint-Jean - Braine L'Alleud), so, I thought that it would be fun to work out. I visited the place, and took the annual plan. The reception desk lady (a very nice blond lady with short hair) gave all the necessary informations. I asked her if my 14 and a 1/2 years-old daughter wanted to work out with me it would be included in my familiar plan, and she said that unfortunately I had to take another plan to my daughter (and suggested the 20 something Euros per month plan, so my daughter could end it up when she wanted). My first day was amazing! The receptionist (a tall man with african tresses) was very friendly, and gave me some nice instructions about the machines. Every 10 minutes he checked up if I was doing fine. After I came to the conclusion that the guy was the best staff member from the Victor Hugo (Mont Saint-Jean) Basic Fit. The others were ok, but that receptionist was a first level staff member. There was another boy who was nice, and an auburn haired girl (mostly on Saturdays) who wasn't very friendly and kept herself busy eating bread and vacuuming the room (what they all do, but they also instruct the customers sometimes, aside from her). Ok, today I came up with my daughter (at 9 AM), since we would go out together after my gym . I would also make the 20 something plan for her today, but she wouldn't start working out, since she hadn't the appropriate clothes. I asked the auburn-haired girl if my daughter could wait for me (and sit in one of the chairs at the entrance), explaining that I would pay a plan for her. The girl was very rude, saying that members could not have company while working out. I insisted on the fact that I was going to pay a plan for my daughter, but the girl kept with her speech. It wasn't as I was leaving a little child alone for her to babysit while working out. Resuming - Even if she was right, she could measure her words and speak in an appropriate voice tone. Result - I took my car, drove my daughter back home, came back, worked out, and didn't make a plan for my daughter. Instead, I'm seriously thinking on cancelling my annual contract, getting my money back, and going to a nearby fitness room - a small company with a friendlier staff. My suggestion to Basic Fit - Fire that girl or give her some training on dealing with customers. You did lose one member (my daughter) or even two (I'm still thinking about my plan) today. Why I gave 2 stars - 1 star for the machines, and one star for the amazing staff member (The tall guy with African tresses) - I took off 3 stars for the rudeness and unhelpfulness of that chubby auburn haired girl.

Two weeks after reopening and the staff does not pay attention to who wears their mask properly nor if the material is cleaned after use. We have been in a global pandemic since more than a year and this is exactly the reason, people are touching everything without cleaning. Please basic fit, pay attention or we will be in the same situation before we know it...
