★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service catastrophique ! J envoie mon copain avec ma carte d identite pour venir chercher ma commande car je suis a mobilité réduite et les vendeurs n ont rien voulu entendre.
Je vais clôturer mon abonnement au plus vite chez eux car c est inadmissible ! Un manque de respect total!

Very warm nor dynamic welcome. No sympathetic customer-facing speech. In short, the reception is also "BASIC", too bad.

Nous sommes passés à ce magasin ce matin, nous avons été si mal reçus et le monsieur était tellement antipathique que, en 1/2h, vous avez perdu 2 clients. Nous étions chez Base depuis des années, nous avons changé d'opérateur avec un solide upgrade des 2 abonnements et 2 nouveaux téléphones tout ceci acheté dans l'heure. Bravo tout de même à ce monsieur, car être désagréable à ce niveau c'est un vrai talent. ?
A star because less is not possible. We went to this store this morning, we were so badly received and the gentleman was so unfriendly that, in 1/2 hour, you lost 2 customers. We were at Base for years, we changed operator with a solid upgrade of 2 subscriptions and 2 new phones all bought within the hour. Well done all the same to this gentleman, because being unpleasant at this level is a real talent. ?
