T	Thomas Verhoeven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kort weg de beste van de Kempen! Comfy en moderne zaak, perfect voor een gezellig etentje of business lunch. Personeel is super vriendelijk en de service staat op nummer 1. De eigenaar zorgt steeds dat alles piek fijn in orde is. Het eten is allemaal vers en mooi gepresenteerd, elke keer opnieuw verrast! Een echte aanrader en blijf zeker zo verder doen! In short, the best of the Kempen! Comfy and modern establishment, perfect for a cozy dinner or business lunch. Staff is super friendly and service is number 1. The owner always makes sure that everything is in perfect order. The food is all fresh and beautifully presented, surprised every time! Highly recommended and will definitely continue to do so!
M	M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet eerder zo'n negatieve/klantonvriendelijke ervaring gehad bij een zaak. Lang wachten op lunch (40 min.) en vervolgens lang wachten (30 min.) op de rekening waar notabene twee keer om moet worden gevraagd. Nog nooit gedaan maar uiteindelijk zonder betalen weg gegaan. Hierop komt personeel + eigenaar naar buiten en wordt er op ongelofelijk onbeschofte manier geschreeuwd dat er betaald moet worden (wat wij uiteraard tot 2 keer toe wilden maar geen rekening kregen), inclusief bedreiging. Geen enkel excuus-woordje rondom de slechte service. Hadden we de reviews maar gelezen dan hadden we dit geweten want blijkbaar was onze situatie geen uitzondering maar regel hier (al verwacht je toch ook dat men leert van reviews). Overigens vonden we ook de prijs totaal niet in verhouding tot de kwaliteit van het eten maar alleen al vanwege de service is deze brasserie zeker geen aanrader. Never had such a negative/customer-unfriendly experience at a business before. Long wait for lunch (40 min.) and then a long wait (30 min.) for the bill that has to be asked twice. Never done it before but ended up leaving without paying. After this, the staff + owner comes out and is shouted in an incredibly rude way that payment has to be made (which we wanted to do twice, of course, but were not billed), including threats. Not a single excuse about the bad service. If only we had read the reviews, we would have known this because apparently our situation was not an exception but the rule here (although you also expect people to learn from reviews). Incidentally, we also found the price not at all in relation to the quality of the food, but if only because of the service, this brasserie is certainly not recommended.
p	patrick van den bergh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie bar - brasserie met Loungeruimte achter in zaak. Lekker eten en fingerfood planken . Mooie en lekkere cocktails. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en attent . Zaak is gelegen rechtover de kerk van Turnhout. Gezellig om even iets te drinken of te eten tijdens het shoppen. Zaak is wel veel bezocht dus kan het wel eens druk zijn. Beautiful bar - brasserie with lounge area in the back of the business. Tasty food and finger food boards . Beautiful and tasty cocktails. Staff are very friendly and attentive . The business is located opposite the church of Turnhout. Nice to have a drink or eat while shopping. The place is often visited, so it can be busy at times.

But then there are things like... Serving a soup without a spoon, then they promise to get a spoon, in the end you have to get it yourself. The speed of the service was also underwhelming.
M	Maria Yevseyeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money grab. Brought luke warm tea for 6 EUR. And tried to charge us additional 3EUR!!!! for warm water after we have been waiting for it for 30min!! Food is mediocre at best. After eating here last time didn't feel good at all. WOC dishes have nothing in common with Asian cuisine - they just put cheap past into it for volume and charge you 25EUR for it. Location location location... is the only way they can get away with this. Majority of the stuff is rude, slopy and unhelpful.

It arrived cold. I asked for an extra warm water. Reminded twice before it appeared. At the end we were charged 3 euro extra for a glass of warm water, "because the boiler is not for free". Not even mention that two cold teas were 12 euro already. When I tried to explain something he literally screened at me "I'll call the police, you never come here again". SURE!
