De zak met tijgerpistolets voelde warm aan, wat deed vermoeden dat deze pistolets juist afgebakken en dus vers waren. Dit was echter niet het geval. De tijgerpistolets waren steenhard, en opnieuw afgebakken (overduidelijk te lang). Niet smakelijk en zeker niet hoe het hoort. De chocolade crèmekoek zat zelfs helemaal niet bij mijn bestelling (maar ik heb er wel voor betaald). Geen andere koek in de plaats gekregen, geen telefoontje van de bakker zelf om dit even te melden en een alternatief aan te bieden/geld terug te krijgen. Eerste en tevens laatste keer dat ik hier iets bestel. Today for the first time placed an order via Deliveroo at this bakery. 8 tiger rolls, 2 sandwiches, a croissant and a chocolate cream cake. The bag of tiger pistolets felt warm, which suggested that these pistolets were just baked and therefore fresh. However, this was not the case. The tiger pistols were rock-hard, and re-baked (obviously too long). Not tasty and certainly not the way it should be. The chocolate cream cake was not even included with my order (but I did pay for it). No other cake was received in its place, no phone call from the baker himself to report this and to offer an alternative / get a refund. First and last time that I order something here.
