C	Christel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn man is net onze bestelling gaan ophalen. Ruim op tijd besteld, de leveringsdag+uur stonden op de bestelbon, maar ze moesten het nog bij elkaar gaan zoeken... Ook werd ons NIET op voorhand gezegd dat er NIET geholpen werd met inladen( wij gingen er dus vanuit dat de betonnen platen en de betonnen palen met de heftruck in de bestelwagen gezet zou worden , NIET DUS!!) , met als gevolg dat mijn man helemaal alleen 14 platen aan 65kg per stuk + al de betonnen palen alleen heeft moeten inladen terwijl het personeel stond toe te kijken, tjonge, klantvriendelijkheid en respect is heel erg ver te zoeken bij deze firma en de " dame" achter het loket heeft ook dringend nood aan een cursus " hoe behandel ik klanten vriendelijk en respectvol". Het was de 3e keer dat we bij hun kochten, de 2 eerste keren waren er geen enkele problemen(het waren toen wel veel hogere bedragen, maar dat zou geen verschil mogen maken) maar dit was na deze nare ervaring wel de LAATSTE keer. Foei BAJ beton! My husband just went to collect our order. Ordered well in time, the delivery day + hour were on the order form, but they still had to find it together ... We were also NOT told beforehand that there was NO help with loading (so we assumed that the concrete slabs and the concrete posts would be put in the van with the forklift truck, NOT SO !!), with the result that my husband all alone 14 plates at 65kg each + all the concrete posts only had to load while the staff was watching, boy, customer service and respect is very far to be found at this company and the "lady" behind the counter is also urgent need a course "how do I treat customers kindly and respectfully". It was the 3rd time we bought from them, the 2 first times there were no problems (they were much higher at the time, but that should not make any difference) but this was the LAST time after this bad experience. Fie BAJ concrete!
B	Bart Callebaut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg slechte ervaring met hun 2j geleden. Deze week hadden we platen nodig, bellen dinsdagnamiddag: geen probleem meneer, kom maar langs want alles is op voorraad. Vrijdagochtend komen we langs om alles op te halen. Neenee meneer, dat is echt onmogelijk! Je moet eerst via mail bestellen en dan zeggen wij wanneer u mag komen afhalen. Triestige service, geen oplossingen! Nooit meer! Very bad experience on their 2y ago. This week we needed records, call on Tuesday afternoon: no problem sir, just come by because everything is in stock. Friday morning we come by to pick up everything. No sir, that is really impossible! You must first order by mail and then we will tell you when you can come and collect it. Sad service, no solutions! Never again!
R	Reteid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via 2dehands met dit bedrijf in contact gekomen, heel vriendelijk personeel (ik werd direkt geholpen door verschillende mensen toen ik daar stond te wachten). Dan in contact gekomen met de verkoper (de neef van de zaakvoerder), hele vriendelijke kerel, zeker de moeite om eens langs te gaan. 5/5! I came into contact with this company via secondhand, very friendly staff (I was immediately helped by several people when I was waiting there). Then came into contact with the seller (the cousin of the business manager), very friendly guy, definitely worth a visit. 5/5!
S	Steve Vk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volledige levering volgens afspraak, 6uur is 6uur ??. Alles mooi verspreid in de tuin wat het plaatsen al een stuk makkelijker zal maken. Full delivery as agreed, 6 hours is 6 hours ??. Everything nicely spread in the garden which will make placing a lot easier.

In november reeds besteld, door het inreisverbod naar België kon ik pas maanden later de bestelling ophalen. (Was geen enkel punt) De heftruckchauffeur deed vakkundig onze aanhanger (met huif) inladen. Super, price / quality is excellent. BAJ is extremely flexible. Already ordered in November, due to the entry ban to Belgium, I could only pick up the order months later. (Was not a single point) The forklift driver expertly loaded our trailer (with hood).
