They lost my packet. They are not even sorry.
Ils m'ont fait revenir plusieur fois pour rien, ont promis de chercher mais n'ont jamais eu le temps. Ont promis de me téléphoner mais ne l'ont pas fait. Les paquets sont "rangés" pêle-mêle.
EDIT :
Après mon message sur Google, le manager m'a appelée. Il a dit qu'UPS n'avait pas apporté le colis, puisqu'il ne le trouvait pas. Il a contacté le helpdest UPS et UPS a confirmé que le colis avait bien été déposé chez Baig Food. / After my Google message, the manager called me. Le manager a alors cherché encore une fois dans tout le magasin ET IL A FINALEMENT RETROUVE MON COLIS. Il était vraiment embarrassé et s'est excusé il a proposé de venir l'apporter directement chez moi. / The manager then searched the entire store again AND FINALY FOUND MY PACKAGE. They made me come back several times for nothing, promised to look but never had the time. Promised to call me but didn't. The packages are "arranged" jumbled together.
