★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel complètement exécrable. On ouvre un compte, Parfait! Mais lorsqu'il s'agit de renseigner par téléphone ou au comptoir, ce n'est jamais le moment! Pas une fois, mais plusieurs fois, sinon je me serais abstenue de faire ce commentaire, et aussi bien l'une que l'autre! Je tiens un commerce depuis 15 ans et je ne me suis jamais permise de communiquer avec ma clientèle de cette manière.
Bref, courage aux futurs clients, à moins d'avoir plusieurs 00000 sur votre compte!
completely execrable staff. It opens an account Perfect! But when it comes to inquire by phone or at the counter, it is never the moment! Not once, but several times, otherwise I'd refrained me to make that comment, and as well as the other! I would trade for 15 years and I've never been allowed to communicate with my customers that way.
In short, courage to the future customers unless you have several 00000 on your account!
