After a few try, the papers I transmitted to the BAFA for the reduced landing fees were not even sent to the airport (it was absolutely not the fault of the instructor who was gentle and caring), flights were scheduled during the night for the next morning... I decided to stop and asked for a refund (notice here that NONE of the hours where used), and here we are 2 YEARS LATER, they still haven’t EVEN REPLIED to a mail. Mrs Lenaerts picks up the phone and says “Mr Bicque said he is in charge” and does nothing while giving NO explanation except “I don’t know”. Mr Bicque didn’t even took contact and picked up the phone once saying literally “I don’t understand why you want to be refunded I won’t refund”. I even sent a last mail explaining that I am reachable and would sign a doc promising not to go on social media, they never replied... The case will be handled to a consumer protection service but it’s sad to see that even despite the will to understand their problems to refund or that conditions may apply, people prefers not to answer and behave like thiefs. Even if they are in financial trouble this behavior is absolutely terrible. Worst flight academy experience I ever had...
