Ook waren we telkens snel van antwoord gediend wanneer we een vraag hadden. Opgelet, ze beschikken over een heel snelle, propere en efficiënte parketteur die fantastisch werk levert. In het begin van onze parketprospectie zijn we eerst naar "Veronove" gegaan, maar werden we er meteen afgeschrikt door de hele agressieve verkoopstechnieken. We hebben dan via via gehoord over B&S projects en een eerste afspraak ingepland met hen. Wat een verademing was het! Ze hebben ons heel charmant ontvangen en de tijd genomen om alles goed uit te leggen en voorbeelden te tonen van plaatsingen bij andere klanten. Ze hebben ons de tijd gegeven om alles rustig te bekijken en de vragen die we nog hadden zonde probleem beantwoord. We hebben nadien besloten om met hen in zee te gaan. Het was het begin van een heel goede samenwerking. De levering en plaatsing van het parket is vlekkeloos gebeurd en we zijn nog altijd heel blij met het resultaat. Het was zelfs mooier dan we dachten :) Prijs/kwaliteit ook dik in orde en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Zeker aan te bevelen. Merci Yellen en Dirk! At the beginning of our parquet prospecting, we first went to "Veronove", but were immediately put off by the very aggressive sales techniques. We then heard about B&S projects via email and scheduled a first appointment with them. What a relief it was! They received us very charmingly and took the time to explain everything well and show examples of placements with other customers. They gave us the time to look at everything calmly and answered the questions we still had without problem. We subsequently decided to do business with them. It was the beginning of a very good collaboration. The delivery and installation of the parquet went smoothly and we are still very happy with the result. Door de krapte van de aanvoerlijnen waren bepaalde materialen niet meteen leverbaar en werden snel alternatieven voorgesteld. Bij de betegeling van onze badkamer en douche werden enkele schoonheidsfoutjes meteen verholpen. De parketteur die het klikvilyl legde is een aanrader ! De persoonlijke aanpak en beschikbaarheid van Dirk en Jelle is een echte meerwaarde. Our collaboration with B&S Projects went smoothly, from the choice of materials, the tendering of the works to the execution. Due to the tightness of the supply lines, certain materials were not immediately available and alternatives were quickly proposed. Some minor flaws in the tiling of our bathroom and shower were immediately rectified. The parquet installer who laid the click vinyl is highly recommended! The personal approach and availability of Dirk and Jelle is a real added value.

Tijdens een eerste bezoek werden we heel hartelijk ontvangen en hielpen Dirk en Yellen ons zoeken naar de tegels en parket die het beste bij onze stijl en woning past. Van enkele Pinterest foto's die een idee gaven van wat wij mooi vonden, kwamen we samen met hen tot een keuze die 100 % bij ons past. Ze namen uitgebreid de tijd om met ons tegels en parket te bekijken en vergelijken. We kregen voorbeelden te zien van hun eerdere projecten ter inspiratie. Tot we echt zeker waren van onze keuze. Helemaal anders als bij de grote winkels, waar het snel moet gaan en je maar een nummertje bent. Na het kiezen van de nieuwe vloer gingen wij aan de slag met onze afbraak en structurele werken in de woning. Tijdens het proces hielden we hen op de hoogte van de vooruitgang en eenmaal onze chape droog genoeg was konden ze de werken meteen inplannen, geen lange wachttijden, maar snelle service. Voor het plaatsen van onze parket kwamen ze meerdere langs om de vochtigheid van onze chape te meten, zodat deze zeker droog genoeg was. Ze gaven ons ook tips hoe we het drogen van de chape en muren konden aanpakken. Kortom, een top-service op maat van de klant. Bedankt Dirk en Yellen om onze droomwoning mee te realiseren! En dit allemaal voor een zeer correcte prijs. B&S projects provides a very personal and fast approach. During our first visit, we received a very warm welcome and Dirk and Yellen helped us find the tiles and parquet that best suited our style and home. From some Pinterest photos that gave an idea of what we liked, we came together with them to a choice that suits us 100%. They took the time to look at and compare tiles and parquet with us. We were shown examples of their previous projects for inspiration. Until we were really sure of our choice. Completely different from the big stores, where things have to go fast and you are just a number. After choosing the new floor, we started with our demolition and structural work in the house. During the process we kept them informed of the progress and once our screed was dry enough they could immediately plan the work, no long waiting times, but fast service. Before placing our parquet, they came by several times to measure the moisture of our screed, to make sure it was dry enough. They also gave us tips on how to approach drying the screed and walls. In short, a top service tailored to the customer. Thank you Dirk and Yellen for helping us realize our dream home! And all this for a very fair price.
