★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dat het ene axa filiaal het andere niet is is duidelijk. Ik sta om 16u10 aan het axa kantoor te Nieuwpoort. Er staat op dat alles op afspraak is , zelfs een centje storten. Ik bel om te vragen of dat nog mogelijk is, nee dat is het niet, mevrouw kan mij niet meer ontvangen ( kantoor sluit om 16u30.... tjah 20 minuten voor sluiting kan ik mij voorstellen dat u op tijd naar huis wilt...) Maar morgen ochtend mag ik terug keren... na 17 jaar klant te zijn heb ik dit nog nooit meegemaakt, in Wevelgem altijd vriendelijk ontvangen geweest. In Nieuwpoort is Corona tegenwoordig een flauw excuus geworden.
It is clear that one axa branch is not the other. I will be at the axa office in Nieuwpoort at 4.10 pm. It says that everything is by appointment, even deposit a penny. I call to ask if that is still possible, no it is not, madam can no longer receive me (office closes at 4.30 pm.... well 20 minutes before closing I can imagine that you want to go home on time.. .) But tomorrow morning I can return... after being a customer for 17 years, I've never experienced this before, I've always been kindly received in Wevelgem. In Nieuwpoort, Corona has become a lame excuse these days.
