★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service does not have time to reply to all e-mail of their customers. This feedback is just received via the telephone after weeks of no reply to my e-mails. You better call them and re-call if you want your issue to be fixed, hopefully.

Bad communication, bad coordination of towing services, rental cars.
Took them 3 days to tow my car to a car dealer 60km away!
