Bij een storing op de pellet ketel hebben ze bijgestaan met advies, ondanks het probleem niet te wijten was aan de geleverde pellets.
(ik wou dat ik dit van de leverancier van mij pelletketel ook kon zeggen)

This year they supplied our pellets. Price was very favorable. Smooth delivery by very friendly driver.
In the event of a malfunction on the pellet boiler, they assisted with advice, even though the problem was not due to the pellets supplied.
(I wish I could say this from the supplier of my pellet boiler)
