★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Catastrophique! Pas de suivi au niveau de la commande, retard dans la livraison, pose à la hauteur d’un bricoleur: forage des cadres sur places, fissure dans le cadre lors du forage.
Les portes ne sont pas calibrées à l’usine. Les poseurs sont déjà venus 2 fois et les portes ne sont toujours pas correctes.
Communication en dessous de tout et pourtant nous avons commandé 3 portes pour un budget assez conséquent!
Catastrophic! No follow-up on the order, delay in delivery, installation at the level of a handyman: drilling of frames on site, crack in the frame during drilling.
The doors are not calibrated at the factory. The installers have already come twice and the doors are still not correct.
Communication below everything and yet we ordered 3 doors for a fairly substantial budget!
