Organisation personnelle (parti plus tôt du travail) pour rien, ils auraient pu être plus professionnels et refuser directement. Put me 3 rabbits before sending me to walk 15 minutes before the last appointment ... Personal organization (left earlier work) for nothing, they could have been more professional and refused directly.

La personne qui s’est déplacée m’a expliqué clairement le problème et une réelle confiance s’est installée. Le prix est tout à fait correct. Je recommande fortement ! I contacted AVBC heating emergency because my boiler let me go. They intervened very quickly and solved the problem. The person who traveled explained me clearly the problem and a real confidence settled. The price is quite correct. I highly recommend !

Grâce à eux et à leur débrouillardise j'évite encore pendant quelques années (je l'espère) l'achat d'une nouvelle installation et je peux vous dire que ce n'était pas gagné car d'autres chauffagistes avaient déjà laissé tombé ! A recommander donc ! J'ai encore eu besoin de leur service et encore une fois, un service rapide et efficace ! Ce que je préfère c'est qu'ils expliquent toujours ce qu'ils ont fait et pourquoi, histoire de pouvoir le refaire soi-même en cas de besoin ! Je re-recommande "chaudement" ;-) Excellent experience with this company! The staff are knowledgeable, quick and very helpful! Thanks to them and their resourcefulness, I still avoid the purchase of a new installation for a few years (I hope) and I can tell you that it was not won because other heating engineers had already given up! To recommend therefore! I needed their service again and again, fast and efficient service! What I prefer is that they always explain what they did and why, just to be able to do it yourself if necessary! I highly recommend ;-)

Rien à redire : - Travail soigné et très propre ! - Les employés sont au TOP ; - Les délais sont respectés ; - Les prix ? Je n'ai pas fait de comparaison de devis mais il ne m'a pas fait fuir. Le prix me convenait et la société semblait correcte. C'est le plus important. On the advice of my electrician, I called on AVBC for the installation of a central heating. No complaints : - Neat and very clean work! - Employees are TOP; - The deadlines are respected; - The costs ? I didn't do a quote comparison but it didn't scare me away. The price was fine with me and the company seemed okay. It is the most important.

Réponse : "on ne va pas vous laisser comme cela avec 3enfants. On est là demain. " Humainement et professionnellement au top, sans explosion de prix et sans démarchage de pièces, notre problème était résolu dès mardi matin. Je ne partage pas svt d'avis sauf qd cela en vaut la peine et c'est le cas. Out of oil on Sunday morning, after having replenished our tank, we called Monday evening and explained our situation to restart the boiler. Answer: "we are not going to leave you like that with 3 children. We are there tomorrow." Humanly and professionally at the top, without explosion of prices and without soliciting parts, our problem was solved on Tuesday morning. I don't share any opinion except when it's worth it and it is.
