Walgelijk gewoon hoe jij in een winkel kunt staan en dan tegen je zin. In het vervolg spreek je mensen rustig aan en niet zo agressief. Ik wou iets kopen, maar aan zo'n winkel wil ik mijn geld niet uitgeven. Wat een opluchting dat de winkel weggaat.
