★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte service. Bij het afhalen van de auto wist er niemand iets over deze wagen. Er is bovendien geen uitleg gegeven over alle opties van de wagen. Wij hebben de papieren en de sleutel ontvangen en dan is men direct naar de volgende klant gegaan. Bij het ophalen van de wagen ontbrak er bovendien het reserve wiel. Na maanden vragen naar dit wiel is het dan uiteindelijk besteld geweest. Nu ik om dit wiel wou komen kreeg ik het antwoord dat dit wiel al met iemand anders is meegegeven zonder mij te verwittigen. Dit is alles behalve service
 Very poor service. When picking up the car, nobody knew anything about this car. Moreover, no explanation has been given about all options of the car. We have received the papers and the key and then they went directly to the next customer. Moreover, the spare wheel was missing when collecting the car. After months of asking about this wheel it was finally ordered. Now that I wanted to come around this wheel I got the answer that this wheel was already given to someone else without warning me. This is anything but service

Kocht mijn wagen bij Autostad Herent, in Haasrode werkte men de auto af tot in de kleinste details en stond men open voor extra vragen en opmerkingen.
Goede samenwerking met Dries, Timothy en Tomas!
